In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the signed SLA, the SLA shall take precedence.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the website for any purpose other than that for which we make the website and services available. The website may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us in writing.

Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to: reverse engineering our dashboards, scraping our risk prediction models, introducing viruses or malware, attempting to bypass security validation, or using our branding to mislead third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability
